How To Consign: We sell quality pre-owned as well as new home furnishings. We only accept furniture which is in “like-new” condition. Furniture must be free of tears, stains and noticeable scratches or chips.
Compensation: Like most consignment stores in town, you will receive 50% of the final pre-tax selling price. Checks will be mailed to you on the first and fifteenth of each month.
Discount: All items are discounted 10% every 60 days. If items are not sold after 6 months, you may collect them. We can also donate your uncollected items to a non-profit agency for you. Pricing: We will recommend to you the starting fair market value of your furniture that will sell quickly. However, you will make the final pricing decision. Security: The showroom is monitored by video cameras
